Group Coaching & Tele-Class Refund and Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
The cessions and classes are crammed with information. We are confident that you will find value in all the new ideas, tips and techniques. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quantity and quality of information you received after attending all the class sessions and completing and submitting all of the assignments – we’ll give you your money back.
Requests for refund must be in writing, within 7 days after the class ends. You may email your request here date and time stamp on the email is used to determine if you are within the 7 day parameter.
You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your request. Your refund will be in the same payment form as your original enrollment payment.
Cancellations
Our policy offers the following choices:
Canceling after the group coaching or class starts:
- There are no refunds after class begins
- If you do not show up for class, no refund will be given
If a group program class does not meet our minimum enrollment requirements it will be rescheduled:
- you can request a refund or receive priority placement in the next scheduled workshop.
All cancellations must be in writing. Please email your cancellation here. The date and time stamp on the email is used to determine eligibility.
