Sometimes, it's difficult to know what to do for your life and career that will get you what you really want.
Not knowing what to do leads to feeling stuck and unproductive. We hold ourselves back, not fully exploring what we are capable of doing and being. What worked well for us previously might not be working so well now. We know life's a journey, but to where and for what?
Uncertainty and "stuckness" -- the experience can be very painful and lonely. We're not fully ourselves, and the world doesn't see our true talents.
I see potential in people. That's why I'm dedicated to helping people discover their real passion, strengths, and talents to express themselves fully for a successful career transition or job search.
I help people advance their vision -- in their work and daily life -- with greater skill and direction. This leads my clients to living more consciously aligned, purposeful and fulfilled lives.
My expertise is helping individuals in to live with purpose and passion while transitioning in their business, career, and job search.
I provide expert support, strategies, and tools to gain insight into what you're doing and why. You get greater clarity, meaning, and success. You'll live a life land a job that truly fits you.
All of my work is done with appreciation for each client, with deep listening, openness, and empathy.

What I do when I'm not working - Hiking & Backpacking
I enjoy spending time on the trail and sharing pictures of my adventures with my friends and family. You can check out our photo albums in our Facebook page, Windsor GeriaTrekkers. (You don't need an account to view them.)
Check out this video from one of my favorite hikes, My Mount Katahdin Knife Edge Hiking Adventure - June 7, 2021
It was perfect weather to climb Mount Katahdin! Two years ago today, we were getting ready for a day hike, little did we know the adventure that was waiting for us. Check out the video of the start of the Knife Edge trail about half-way through the day. This section of the hike was recorded on my Galaxy Note10 in a OtterBox case on the front of my daypack before the battery ran out.
This was a one day hike from Roaring Brook campsite to the summit by way of Helon Taylor to Knife Edge to Hamlin Ridge to Chimney Pond back to our campsite. The Saddle trail was closed and we had to make a slight detour that turned this in to an 18.5 hour hike.
