Meet Steve Porcaro
A Life of Guiding and Caring
Steve Porcaro's career experience includes 19 years of medical device sales, 15 years of executive coaching, and 5 years in the operating room, before starting his own business.
His previous positions included Surgical Technologist for the U.S. Navy, Top Sales Consultant and Trainer for major medical device companies such as Synthes (U.S.A.), Arthrex Inc. As a consistent top sales performer and award winner, Steve led in company rankings for sales growth, market penetration, and new business development.
During this time, much of Steve’s work took place in the operating room where he collaborated and coached leading healthcare professionals to deliver state-of-the-art solutions using today’s highly advanced surgical implants and instruments.
Few understand that many operations require 20+ trays filled with numerous surgical instruments and implants. In such a complex, often life-saving environment, Steve added his expert knowledge of the equipment and techniques, with a strong ability to maximize teamwork. His coaching and consulting helped surgeons and staff make the best operating room decisions.
In 2005, Steve formed 1-4-All Coaching, LLC to formally provide business and executive coaching, consulting, and training primarily for business owners and medical device sales professionals. He has built a loyal following among high performing sales professionals and business owners with his SalesPlus MVP Coaching & Training programs.
