Course Overview

In today’s competitive marketplace, success in selling is more challenging. It requires a higher level of skill and deeper knowledge of the customer. Our Selling With Style ™ 4-week live video workshop is designed to help you and your team leverage each unique selling style to sharpen interactions and communications with prospects and customers alike. Using a hands-on approach, we’ll give you the advantage over the competition by helping you understand individual behavioral selling styles, as well as learning to recognize the buying behaviors of potential customers.

Research conducted by Target Training International, LTD. (TTI) has shown:

  1. People tend to buy from a sales person who has a behavioral style similar to their own.
  2.  Sales people tend to sell to customers who have behavioral style similar to their own.
  3.  Salespeople who are aware of their own behavioral style and learn to blend with their customer’s style are able to increase their sales.

  • Understand the basics of the four behavioral styles
  • Realize your behavioral style
  • Learn the buying characteristics of the different behavior styles
  • Recognize your prospects’/customers’ behavioral styles
  • Develop the ability to blend your style with the style’s your prospects and customers

What You Will Learn

As a workshop participant, you will learn to sell more effectively to current customers and to close new business using your unique selling style. It will provide you with strategies and tips on how to plan and conduct effective sales calls, and create a sales process using effective questioning and consultative selling techniques – maximized for you to sell successfully every day. This hands-on program, with its flexible schedule, allows you to explore new ways to strategically develop your own sales career. You can immediately use these tools to increase your sales success.

Course Date & Times 

This live video workshop meets once a week for four sessions on Mondays. 

Class begins on April 2, 2018, 7 pm EDT

All classes are 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. EDT* (New York) on the following dates:

  • April 2, 9, 16 & 23

Meeting format

This workshop is offered via live video-conference format with an instructor.

Video-conferences are live workshops that are given over the internet where you can interact with the instructor and the other students. Video-conferences are a great way to learn, because you can learn from the convenience of your home or office.

Telephone dial-in access is available. If you don’t have a camera and microphone on your computer, or you’ll be away from your computer during a class, you can dial into the class via telephone.

The live workshop sessions will be recorded, so if you miss a session, you will be able to download the video recording of the class and listen to it at your leisure. Class recordings are generally made available within 24 hours of the class.

All call recordings, workbook and resources are downloadable for later reference.
